Sherri Stratton, our Adult Program Director, had served as a Youth Program Manager for WorkSource Rogue Valley for 11 years providing youth development services in Jackson & Josephine County. Under her leadership, youth programs have expanded to include Rogue Valley YouthBuild, Rogue Valley Youthcare, Medford Youth Corps, and the Youth Education Stewardship forestry crews. She has been employed with WorkSource Rogue Valley for 24 years and has comprehensive knowledge and experience in the employment and training industry. Her professional competencies include planning and design, resource development, performance management, system capacity building, strategic planning and quality improvement.
